Referrer Terms and Conditions

1. The referral programme will run from 1 January to 31 March 2024 and is only open to pre-approved referral partners determined by the Metropolitan Gaming Group Business Development team.
2. Referral partners will receive one monthly payment for referred customers who have visited any of the participating casinos within the promotional period.
3. Each referral partner on the Black Tier will be signed up as a Jack member and given a monthly allowance of 5,000 Met Points to be used on food and drink only.
4. Each referral partner on the Green and Gold Tier will be signed up as a Jack member and given a monthly allowance of 2,500 Met Points to be used on food and drink only.
5. Referral partners will be enrolled into one of the following categories: Green, Gold, and Black, which will determine the value of their referral payment.
6. Referral partners will receive the following referral payment for each successful referred customer: £5 Green, £10 Gold and £15 Black.
7. A successful referral is a customer who has visited either one of the participating casinos and redeemed their referral offer from Reception.
8. Referral payments will be made in cash via the Cash Desk.
9. Referral partners can claim an unlimited amount of referrals within the promotional period.
10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the referral programme at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the referral programme, they will be entitled to participate in the referral programme on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the referral programme.
13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
14. Disregard or failure to meet any of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling payments.
