Valentine's Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. To participate in this competition, users must provide their name, email address, city or town, and check the box agreeing to receiving offers and promotions from Metropolitan Gaming.
  2. This competition will run from 1 February 2023 and will end at 11.59pm on 14 February 2023.
  3. Entries made by direct reply to this T&C page will not be accepted.
  4. There will be one winner per participating Metropolitan Gaming property who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 11.59pm on 12 February 2023, who has fulfilled the criteria as above. Entries made after this point will not be counted.
  5. All Metropolitan Gaming venues are strictly over 18s only, this includes all restaurants and bars on the property. Under 18s will not be permitted on site.
  6. The prize consists of a monetary voucher with a value of £75, to spend at any Metropolitan Gaming restaurant of the winner’s choice, listed on https://www.metropolitangaming.com
  7. The winner will be contacted and notified directly via their chosen email address and announced via social media. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
  8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Nor can it be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Gift vouchers are only valid until (and including) the expiry date displayed on the front of the voucher.
  9. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
  10. The contest is open to residents over the age of 18 only and living in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
  11. This promotion is subject to Facebook's terms of services.
  12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  15. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  16. Disregard or failure to meet any of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
