Player Rewards Explained

It pays to play with us

Player Rewards is the richest casino loyalty programme in the UK. With three loyalty levels, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, it’s the rewards programme that will really take you places.

You can use your card in all of our UK casinos to earn and spend when you play, eat and drink.

Joining Player Rewards is FREE and, as well as the rewards you can receive, membership also delivers:

  • Redeem your Reward Points for free play
  • Invitation to promotions and in-casino events

The Reward Points that you earn in a calendar year (1 January - 31 December) add up to your personal Tier Points balance, which determines your Tier Status within Player Rewards.

Earn 7,500 Reward Points in a calendar year and you will be eligible to move up to our Platinum loyalty tier, which opens up additional benefits.

At 15,000 Reward Points in a calendar year and you progress to Diamond status, the highest tier within the Player Rewards loyalty programme.

Access to our Monogram scheme is strictly by invitation only.

HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOURS?

On gaming - use your Reward Points for free play on the game of your choice.

On cocktails and a delicious meal in one of our casino restaurants.

On a designer gift from our branded merchandise catalogue.

Your Reward Points balance travels with you and doesn’t expire as long as you visit our casinos at least once every six months.
