  1. The promotion will run on Tuesday 2 July 2024 at all Metropolitan Casinos excluding Metropolitan Mayfair and Park Lane Club.
  2. Valid participants are Met Card holders that have a Met Card App account.
  3. All Met Card holders have until 3pm on Tuesday 2 July to download and successfully create a Met Card App account to receive the App reward on their mobile device.
  4. The reward of 500 Met Points is available for redemption between 4pm and 11:59 pm on the promotion day.
  5. The QR code with the reward must be presented at the Cash Desk.
  6. 500 Met Points will be credited automatically to the customer’s account once redeemed.
  7. One promotional voucher per person per day.
  8. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  10. Leisure and non-Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Treat Tuesday Met Card App promotional activity.
  11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  12. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  14. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  15. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
