Recently Caesars Entertainment UK was sold to Metropolitan Gaming and consequently, the name of the loyalty programme had to change. Player Rewards will be a temporary programme until we launch our new one in February 2022.

No, you must pick up a Player Rewards card from Reception when you next visit. Your account number will remain the same but you need to use the new card.

Apart from the new loyalty programme name, your account remains the same – all points and tier points are unaffected.

Previous tier benefits will be honoured for the rest of 2021 with the exception of the Diamond Dubai stay, which is no longer valid.

Yes, you can still use your online account - your login and password remain unaffected.

For the remainder of 2021, we will be able to manually transfer points on your behalf between your Caesars Rewards US account and your Player Rewards account. However, the functionality to do this yourself on the website is no longer available. Tier Matching between US and UK accounts is also no longer available.


Joining our loyalty programme is easy and free. You can sign up at reception in any of our casinos and collect your loyalty card on your first visit.

There's only one thing you need in order to join Player Rewards:

  • You must be over 18 and will need to bring ID for verification.

Keep your card inserted at the slot or electronic gaming machine the entire time you play, or hand it to the dealer when playing table games.

While you play, you'll accumulate Reward Points that can be used for free play, food, drinks and merchandise.

You can also earn Reward Points on your food and drink purchases.

Your Reward Points balance won't expire as long as you visit our casinos at least once every six months.
